The apartment is totally private and detached from the main house. The garage below is separated by a secure keypad door. We minimize garage use to keep your stay peaceful. Q: Is the location central? A: We’re in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody on Atlanta’s quiet north side — one of the safest, calmest areas in the metro. You’re close to all major highways. 7 mins → Dunwoody 15 mins → Alpharetta 25 mins → Downtown Atlanta Q: TV setup? A: 55" HD Roku TV with all major streaming apps. Q: What’s available for long stays? A: Fast internet, ergonomic desk setup, washer/dryer, full kitchen, great sleep environment — ideal for extended stays or travel contracts. Q: Is there a second bed? A: Yes. We provide an additional queen trifold mattress (stored in the closet) that can be set up in the bedroom next to the king bed. It’s comfortable and great for families, kids, or extra guests. Guests have the entire private apartment to themselves. It’s a detached upstairs unit located above a quiet garage, with its own entrance and no shared interior spaces. You’ll have access to the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, workspace, and laundry area. The washer + dryer are located in the garage below, which you can access at any time. We occasionally use the garage (separated by a locked keypad door), but we minimize entry so your stay remains peaceful. Driveway parking for up to 3 cars. EV charger available.
